On the Paganella Plateau the traditions and the distinctive tastes of our product meet the idea of bio-food: our chefs do everything in their power to maintain ancient recipes and to offer healthy food in a modern way. The products harvested in the summer and saved through the fall become precious ingredients for winter dishes: try our “Tortel di patate” with our finest cheeses and salami, and don’t forget to check out our finest “salmerino”.
