By the way, why don't we have a party for her?
This is how the people of San Lorenzo Dorsino spoke when, at the beginning of the 2000s, the ciuìga del Banale achieved national fame with its participation in the Salone del Gusto in Turin and the recognition of a typical product to be saved by Slow Food, the highest authority in eating well.
And it was a short step from words to deeds. On 16 and 17 November 2002, the first edition of the Ciuìga Festival is staged in the streets and vòlt of Prusa. It was a rain-soaked festival, but lucky in fate.
