We start from the Castel Belfort Beekeeping selling point in Andalo, with a tasting of honey and biscuits made with honey.
From here you reach the Rifugio La Montanara in Molveno, where you can taste the local Rifugio's specialities such as venison chops with Teroldego, grilled porcini, and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.

End in style at the Rifugio Casina Bruniol in the area of Molveno, discovering potato spaghetti with mushrooms and mortandela (precious typical cured pork of our area not to be confused with mortadella) from the Val di Non, gnocchetti di Monte with melted butter and rabbit with rosemary.
