The wines, grappas, honey and bee products typical of our territory are waiting for you in various small local shops, spread all over our plateau.

Grappa

Grappa is a distilled spirit with a long tradition. We still use traditional distillation processes which use indirect heat, slow production and our expertise. This is accompanied by the latest techniques: grape skins are distilled fresh with the aim of achieving a superior quality grappa.

WINE

Our cellars are becoming more geared to organic production, something that we sincerely believe in, and a belief that we put in bottles.
Produced with extreme care and respecting the specific characteristics of the vines and of each variety, so that the soil and the Alpine environment contribute in achieving excellent wines.
Be captivated by our Teroldego Rotaliano and Lagrein, Pinot, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Müller Thurgau, Marzemino, Schiava, Moscato Giallo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

HONEY

Among the varieties of honey the most distinctive in this area is definitely chestnut, dark and with a long-lasting flavour, together with that of the rhododendron which has an unmistakable taste, but at the same time is delicate and harmonious. And then there's acacia, eucalyptus, sunflower, honeydew, wildflower, dandelion and apple linden.
