A walking excursion to the historic villas of San Lorenzo in Banale (Berghi, Senaso, and Pergnano) brings you into real and authentic contact with the local community, their history, traditions, and culture.
The excursion ends at the new Delizie de Val delicatessen, where you have the opportunity to taste some local DEGES products. DEGES (Diffusione Enogastronomica Giudicarie Esteriori or "Outer Giudicarie Valleys Food and Wine Promotion") is a network of young local companies who produce and promote zero km products, including mountain farm cheeses, botanical herbs, mountain honey, fruit preserves and jams, wine, and lots more.
