Parco del Respiro

Slow down and cherish nature as it prepares for the change of season.

The Parco del Respiro in Fai della Paganella is a place where you can wander among the forest trees and practice Forest Bathing, an ancient Japanese tradition that uses total immersion in the forest to help reduce stress and enhance your natural immune defences.
You can enjoy this experience on your own or together with a guide.

The requirements for a genuine forest bath are:

Choose one of our four easy paths, according to the time you haveavailable. These are: Sentiero dell'Otto, Sentiero dei Belvedere, Sentiero dei Reti, and Sentiero Acqua e Faggi.
Slow down your pace and walk in the woods for at least two hours, deeply breathing its aromas, and letting yourself be enveloped in the gentle atmosphere of peace and tranquillity.
