To add flavour to your holiday, after wandering around our mountains and admiring the gorgeous views of the Paganella and the Brenta Dolomites, having put yourself to the test with the most daring sports and then relaxing in one of our wellness centres, don't miss the opportunity to regenerate by enjoying typical Trentino cuisine.

Our area is rich in flavours and aromas which are linked to nature and traditions and with many and varied culinary dishes to choose from thanks to an area that ranges between lake and mountains. Our restaurants, farmhouses and Rifugi know how to convey this rich variety in delicious meals, prepared with love and simplicity.

From strangolapreti (spinach gnocchi) to the famous canederli (dumplings), from polenta served steaming with game dishes to the lesser known torta di patate (potato cake), baked in a wood-burning stove, a typical Cavedgo dish.
And then the desserts, carrot cake, strudel, fregoloti cake, apple cake and the delicacies prepared with freshly picked berries.
All expertly accompanied by the wines and grappas we produce.

A hotel candlelight dinner, an energizing lunch in a Rifugio, pizza cooked in a wood stove, a table full of gaiety in a farmhouse, a snack to taste the typical products of beekeeping or organic fruit farming: the palate is a good way to discover the mountain and its traditions.
