On holiday with your dog in Dolomiti Paganella? No problem!
Sunday 12 February 2023

After a walk together or a swim in the cool waters of Lake Molveno, you can happily return to accommodation facilities designed to best welcome you both. Here are a few useful suggestions for a holiday together with Fido.

A home away from home

In Dolomiti Paganella there are a large number of hotels and apartments that accept your four-legged friends. Also, in our Pet Friendly facilities they will be welcomed and looked after like members of the family, with plenty of specific services dedicated to them!

Can I take my dog…

  • on the shuttle buses and ski busses? Yes! Dogs must be kept on the lead and wear muzzles (with the exclusion of small dogs).

  • on ski lift facilities? Yes! Dogs can be accompanied, at no additional cost, with a lead and muzzle, on the Andalo - Doss Pelà Cablecar, Albi de Mez - Cima Paganella Chairlift, Santel - Meriz Chairlift, Meriz - Selletta Chairlift, Selletta - Cima Paganella Chairlift, Laghet - Prati di Gaggia Cablecar, Paganella 2 Chairlift, Molveno - Pradel Cablecar.

  • to the Spormaggiore Wildlife Park? Yes! Remember to keep them on the lead.

  • to Lake Molveno? Yes! With the exception of the area between the Beach Camping and the wooden bridge located close to the Gelateria Aquilone, the lakeside is free for dogs to play, walk, and enjoy a pleasant dip in the lake.

Play park for dogs

At Prati di Gaggia you will find Agility Dog, an area of 1800 m2 equipped for training and having fun with your four-legged friends! Entrance is free and dogs can be released to run about under your surveillance. The park can be reached from the Laghet - Prati di Gaggia Cablecar.

On the lead also in the forest

Remember that leads are also obligatory outside urban areas! Keeping your dog under control and on the lead on the mountain paths is important for everyone's safety, even if your dog is tranquil and obedient.
