The vegetable gardens and stables of Fai della Paganella

Tourism and handicrafts, but also agriculture and livestock breeding: Fai della Paganella is a village with a varied economy, where one lives in contact with nature.

Francesca, Fai's mid-mountain guide, guides you on an easy walk through the village streets to the farming area. Here you visit the stables to discover the secrets of animal husbandry and see the cows both in the cowshed and outdoors.

You also see other farm animals: chickens, geese and peacocks. And the local vegetable gardens, cultivated with passion by the faioti.

The difference in altitude is minimal, we walk for about 35 minutes in total, the route is also suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. We make a short stop for a snack in one of the village farmhouses.
