TREKKING AL PARCO DEL RESPIRO
Forest bath in Fai della Paganella
Explore the Parco del Respiro together with the Brenta Walk guides, who will tell you about its peculiarities and stop at the most important points. There are various wellness practices that can be done inside this forest, the most common being forest bathing.
This method teaches to benefit of sensory practices in the woods. The benefits that are received, also thanks to the breathing of volatile substances emitted by plants, are different: the immune system is strengthened, blood pressure is regulated and stress is relieved.
Appropriate outdoor clothing and a water bottle are required.
