A holiday without books is not a real holiday!

Not just books

The inter-municipal "Altopiano Paganella-Brenta" public library made its debut on the 4th September 1995. Thanks to an agreement it is based in Andalo but is present in 4 other locations; Molveno and Fai della Paganella (opened in 1996), Cavedago (opened in 1998), and finally Spormaggiore (opened in 2002).
The library is modern and efficient and caters for the needs of both residents and guests staying in the area, providing an effective and free interlibrary loan service.
In addition to more than 35,000 books and countless multimedia documents it also has videos, sound archives, periodicals (newspapers, magazines) and a photo library.

It also deals with special projects and cultural activities and from 2002 sends newsletters to all subscribers. It has 3 websites, one dedicated to the library, one dedicated to the Memory-Photographic documentary project of the Altopiano della Paganella and a third one dedicated to cultural activities.
Not only that, it also carries out numerous initiatives aimed at promoting children's reading, organises a theatre festival, art exhibitions and painting and photography competitions.

All the libraries are equipped with Internet points, however registration and booking is necessary.
