PAGANELLA'S SUMMIT
A 360° view of trentino Alto Adige
At the top of Paganella (Cima Roda) we are at 2,125 meters above sea level. From here, on clear and sunny days, you can see Lake Garda.
The strategic position in the heart of Trentino allows a 360 ° view over the whole region: from the Brenta Dolomites to Lake Garda, from the Adige Valley to the Dolomitic groups of Pale di San Martino, Latemar, Catinaccio, Sella and Val di Non.
The city of Trento lies to the south-east of this imposing mountain.
A weather station, recognized by the world meteorological organization and of fundamental importance for the study and analysis of the climate, can be found on the top of Paganella.
The scenery is enjoyable both in winter thanks to the ski slopes and the renowned ski area, and in summer thanks to the numerous itineraries for walking or mountain biking.
How to get there? The 2,125 meters altitude can comfortably be reached via the lifts from Andalo and Fai della Paganella, which are open throughout the summer season.
If you want to walk to the top, take the path 606 from Andalo, 605 from Molveno, or 602 from Fai della Paganella
The view from the top of the Paganella is so grand and unique that it has inspired a mountain song:
"Paganella is the view of Trentino ...
From up there you can see the sky, the streams and the vedrette.
On one side the Thirty Lakes, and the plateau of Asiago;
and from the other S. Martino and down to Milano"
